Me Char Fashion Group LLC Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS ground. If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact customer service to discuss your request.
Orders shipped to addresses in New York will be subject to appropriate sales tax. In stock handbags will be shipped within two (2) business days of your order. We will notify you via the email that you provide if your merchandise is not in stock. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. For domestic shipments, please allow five (5) business days for the order to arrive. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
To place an international order and for all inquiries related to international orders, please contact us at (917) 821-5589 or via email at charmaine@mecharhandbags.com. International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) only. Please allow an additional five (5) to ten (10) business days for shipping international on in stock items. All international sales are final and non-refundable. All additional fees, taxes, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
You may return undamaged items purchased domestically within fourteen (14) days of the original delivery. You will be responsible for all return shipment arrangements and expenses. No returned merchandise will be accepted without the original receipt and/or order confirmation sheet. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within seven (7) weeks of receiving the returned item.
